Individual steps in overview

1. Step: "Remittance form"
First please enter your bank details (account name, account number and bank code), so that we can establish a connection to your bank. The name of your bank will be filled in automatically.
The following information will already be on the remittance form:

Remittance amount
Purpose (e.g. transfer number, customer number)

2. Step: "Proof of identity"
Please enter the following, as for online banking with your bank:

Bank login name (or direct banking number or account number, depending on the bank)
Bank PIN

3. Step: "Transfer remittance"
Please check all your remittance details once more at this point.

To authorise the remittance, you will need to enter a valid TAN, issued to you by your bank, and then click on the "Confirm remittance and finish order" button.
