We deliver your order immediatelly after check out - garanteed! Right after completing check out you will receive three emails with your download link, your password and your formal invoice (as pdf).
You have two delivery options:
receive your map files per Direct Download - or, in addition, also on CD

 a) Delivery by direct download
If you place your order through this Online-Shop, you can download and use your maps right at the end of the successful check-out process, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no extra cost...

Pay by DIRECTebanking (Sofortüberweisung) or with your Credit Card using PayPal (no registration with PayPal required) and download your maps right after the successful check-out. Several automated emails will be sent to you with your password, your download link and the formal invoice. To Download your maps, you simply to click on to the download link in the email, enter your password and specify where the file is to be saved on your PC.
Please note, that you have to download your files within 24 hours after your purchase. The link will then be deactivated.
b) CD - Shipment
In addition to the free direct download described above, customers from EU-Countries may also order the map files through "snail mail" on CD against a shipping and handling fee. If you would like to receive your maps on CD through regular mail, just send us an email with the Invoice Number of your download purchase, we shall get in touch with you with further details.
CD Delivery time:
usually, we dispatch the CD within three working days, please add postal delivery time.
Keep your Original maps in a save place
We recommend to write all your download files onto a CD right after the download. This way you will be able to go back to the originals should you accidentally erase some data... Then rename the original file and work with this copy. |
