 A registration or customer account (Your account) with data2map is not required for Download-Purchases at this data2map-Online Shop. Compulsory is only the information required to process your order (such as your address and payment data). However you will not benefit from all the following useful features...
You have these benefits by opening a customer account after registering with data2map:
- You need to enter your Address- and Payment Details only once. As a returning customer, you need not fill in your address and bank/CreditCard details again, the blanks will be filled in for you. And it is safer too, as there is no need to transmit these data again over the internet
- You have access to our special offers and set-prices, most of which are only available to our registered customers
- You can view your past invoices at any time at a later date. Your invoice details are stored in your Login. You may want to return to your personal account later in order to view, download and print your invoice again.
- All your previously acquired articles are listed under "last ordered" in your account including a preview picture, the mapID and purchase price (however, for security reasons, a new download is not possible). You may access this information any time 24/7 at your convenience.
- For certain products you can download lost product data again or your licence-key for products purchased earlier
- Only if you have registered yourself with data2map and used "Your account" for your order, will we be able to simulate your ordering process and provide support in case of problems.
- after you login to "Your account" you are always shown the prices applicable to you, e.g. if you are entitled for net-invoices, we will not charge VAT and prices shown will exclude VAT. As a logged-in customer you are shown special discounts and you have access to special offers. These articles will only be visible and accessible to you as a preferential customer... You may update your personal information in "Your Login" any time at your convenience.
Recommendation to registered customers:
We recommend to log into your account before browsing the shop. Only then can the shop show you the prices applicable to you - and you have access to all articles only available to you as our preferential customer. If you are a returning customer, pls. do not open a new account -use your email and password for logging into your existing account during check-out instead.
A customer account is unique and can only be operated with the corresponding mail address and password.
